Order and delivery

When will I receive my order?

All orders in the webshop are shipped within 3–5 business days. You can also check the status of your order by tracking the package via the tracking number or the carrier's app.

I have received the wrong item, or something is missing from my order - what should I do?

We will work quickly to deliver your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with additional information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is my tracking number?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a separate email from the carrier. There you will find all delivery information, including a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder in case it ended up there by mistake.

What happens if my order is returned or canceled?

If your parcel is returned to us due to being undeliverable, we unfortunately cannot resend it. Once we have received and processed the parcel, we will issue a refund. If you still wish to have the items, you are welcome to place a new order.

In rare cases, a stock discrepancy may lead to us cancelling all or part of an order. The payment will then be cancelled, and the amount reserved by your bank will usually be released immediately.

How do I make a return?

You can return your product within 30 days. Please follow the instructions on our returns page.

How do I make a complaint?

Email claims@treksta.se with pictures and a description of the problem and we will help you further.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after a return is approved.

Can I return shoes I bought from a retailer directly to you?

No, unfortunately not. You need to make the complaint at the store where you bought the item.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use.

Does the warranty apply to all products?

Yes, all Treksta products are covered by a warranty.

What's the deal with the BOA® Fit System?

BOA® is covered by a lifetime warranty on the laces and reels.

Can I send warranty claims directly to you?

If you have bought the shoes through one of our retailers, you need to go through them.
