What is covered by the warranty

This is not covered

The warranty applies to normal use and covers:

✖ Normal wear and tear over time
✖ Damage from improper use
✖ External impact (e.g. accidents)

How to make a complaint

Returning a product should be easy. Send us an email and we will help you as quickly as possible.

1. Send an email to claims@treksta.se
2. Attach a picture of the defect
3. Attach a picture of the label (inside the shoe tongue)
4. State the size
5. Briefly describe the problem
