We deliver to all countries within the EU.
Delivery time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of the order being placed. Delivery times are usually 1–5 business days, depending on the delivery address.
During periods of high demand or to remote areas, delivery times may be longer.
All orders are processed on weekdays, Monday to Friday.
Delivery method
Your parcel will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point via PostNord.
The parcel must be collected within 7 days of its arrival at the agent.
Shipping & delivery
Shipping to a pick-up point with PostNord costs SEK 99.
We offer free shipping on all orders over SEK 999.
As a logged-in member, you always get free shipping, regardless of order value.
Delivery tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
We recommend that you download the PostNord app to receive updates on your delivery.
If delivery is delayed
If your order has not been delivered within the specified time, please contact us and we will assist you.
If the package does not arrive, we recommend that you contact PostNord directly.
Returns & Costs
Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
We do not refund the original shipping cost for returns.
In the event of an approved claim, return shipping will be reimbursed.
Important to consider
- Products must be returned unused
- Original packaging must be retained
- All tags must remain attached
- The shoebox may not be used as outer packaging
Customs & duties
All products are shipped from the EU.
Therefore, as a customer within the EU, you do not pay any customs duties.
Unforeseen events
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as transport disruptions or other external factors.
